Terms & Conditions

  1.  Payment Currency and Exchange Rates-Preferred Currency: All invoices are primarily issued in Indian Rupees (INR). However, for the convenience of international clients, payments may be accepted in USD, EUR, or GBP.Exchange Rate: If payment is made in a foreign currency, the exchange rate will be determined based on the prevailing market rate on the date the funds are credited to our account, not the invoice date. Any shortfall due to currency fluctuation must be settled by the client.
  2.  Transaction Fees and Bank Charges-Intermediary Fees: International bank transfers (Wire/SWIFT) often incur fees from intermediary banks. All such charges are to be borne by the client. Wedding Vings must receive the exact net amount as stated on the invoice.Payment Gateway Fees: For payments made via credit cards or online platforms (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Wise), a processing fee (typically 3% to 5%) will be added to the total invoice value.
  3.  Payment Schedule-Booking Deposit: A non-refundable advance of 40-50% of the estimated planning fee is required to secure our services for your wedding dates.Final Settlement: Total estimated payments for all vendors (venue, catering, decor, etc.) must be cleared at least 15-30 days prior to the first event date. We do not accept international wire transfers on-site due to processing delays.
  4.  GST and Compliance (India)Zero-Rated Exports: Services provided to clients residing outside India may qualify as “Export of Services” and be zero-rated for GST, provided payment is received in convertible foreign exchange.Required Documentation: To comply with RBI and FEMA regulations, clients may be requested to provide a copy of their passport or residency proof. Wedding Vings will provide a FIRA (Foreign Inward Remittance Advice) upon request once funds are realized in India.
  5.  Refund and Cancellation Policy-In the event of a cancellation, any international refund will be processed in INR at the exchange rate prevailing on the date of refund.Any transaction or conversion fees originally paid are non-refundable.
  6.  Governing Law- Any dispute arising from international transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
